WorkHQ accounts are created without a password by default. Users can always login using passwordless login, which sends a login link to the account’s email address. If a password is optionally created, users can log in using the combination of email plus password.
1. Navigate to the Login page. Enter your email and click Sign In Via Email. An email with a login link will be sent to the email address. Check your folders and spam if you do not see the email.
2. To login using a password, click the Use Password Instead link.
3. Enter account email and password. Click Sign In.
