Cancelling subscriptions

Paid subscription plans can be cancelled at any time by downgrading to a free plan. Your data, unlocked contact information, and messages will still be accessible from your downgraded account.

You will receive a credit for the pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. This credit will be automatically applied against future invoices. See the following example for a plan change made on the 12th day of the billing cycle:

  • Previous monthly billing amount: $200

  • New monthly billing amount: $0

  • Days remaining in billing cycle: 18 of 30

  • Pro-rated credit: (18/30) x $200 = $120
