Subscription plans can be updated at any time from the Pricing page. Changes take effect immediately.
Plan upgrading
When the updated plan billing amount is higher than the previous amount, you will be immediately billed a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. See the following example for a plan change made on the 12th day of the billing cycle:
Previous monthly billing amount: $100
New monthly billing amount: $500
Days remaining in billing cycle: 18 of 30
Pro-rated amount due: (18/30) x $500 = $300
Plan downgrading
When the updated plan billing amount is lower than the previous amount, you will receive a credit for the pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. This credit will be automatically applied against future invoices. See the following example for a plan change made on the 12th day of the billing cycle:
Previous monthly billing amount: $200
New monthly billing amount: $100
Days remaining in billing cycle: 18 of 30
Pro-rated credit: (18/30) x $200 - (18/30) x $100 = $60
Instructions
1. Navigate to the Settings page, found in the dropdown menu in the navigation bar.
2. Scroll down to the Subscription Plan section. Click the Change Plan button to navigate to the Pricing page.
3. Your current plan will be indicated by a disabled button with the label "Current Plan". Select a new plan by clicking the "Select Plan" button below your desired plan.
