All subscription plans come with a monthly credit allowance. At the start of each month, plans are topped-up to the full allowance amount. See the following example:
Monthly allowance = 400 credits
September month end balance = 123 credits
October month beginning balance = 400 credits
Increasing monthly credit allowance
Monthly credit allowance can be easily increased for team plans by adding seats to the plan. Teams share credits. Adding a seat without assigning a team member simply adds credits to the Team plan.
