Search Best Practices

WorkHQ allows you to use filters in two different ways

1. Manual Search

Manually add filters for your search by clicking the Add Filters Button.

The Add Filters button leads you to our search filters. Here you can search by filter type on the right or you can scroll through all of the filters and manually add them into your search.

2. AI Search:

Describe your ideal candidate in basic terms and WorkHQ will populate the ones that best meet your job criteria.

The filters will auto populate similar terms to expand your search. You can exclude terms or add more to further expand.

After plugging in filters, WorkHQ will find the best candidates out of our dataset, and give you a short explanation of what keywords the candidates had in their profile that matched your search.

Once you identify the list of candidates that meet your needs, you can add the individuals to a project.
