WorkHQ allows you to work collaboratively with your team through our projects feature. When you find a list of candidates that you are ready to reach out or share with your team, you can add them all to a project.
After you press Add to Project, a drop down menu will open and pick the project your team is currently working on.
As you work in WorkHQ, you will see what step you are on at the top of the page. You can skip a step by clicking on the next tag in front. For example, in the picture below, if you did not want to fill in the email section, you can click on delivery report or dashboard to be transported directly there.
The second step in creating a project will be to link your email account to enable mass outreach. Also, WorkHQ will guide you in creating your first email template for conducting bulk communications with your candidates.
On Step Three, you can see the analytics on your email campaign to gauge its effectiveness at reaching candidates. This step can always be revisited in the sidebar.
Lastly, once you create your first project, you will be able to bulk outreach to candidates with your own personal email. Additionally, you can manage projects directly from your Dashboard. Candidates will automatically move from being a lead → contact → Responded → Applied → Screened → Hired to track their progress from lead to successful placements.
Within the Dashboard you can pull up candidate profiles and assign contact owners, look at the history of where they are in the pipeline and take notes to share with the rest of your team.
